Holistic Nutrition
I’m passionate about helping women feel their best, naturally – using real, whole foods, daily self-care & stress management, a loving mindset, and natural supplements.

As a Holistic Nutritionist, I focus on a lot more than just food. Food is definitely important and a good place to start, but achieving your health goals is far beyond just what you eat! Together we take a look at your environment, your stress levels, past traumas, mindset - it's all important here! And we come up with a plan that works for you.

For each of my clients, I create a personalized wellness package, addressing their unique & individual needs. The protocols feature dietary, supplemental & lifestyle recommendations – and my continued support! I'm available for one-on-one consultations online, by phone and in person in Grandview (163 Railway Ave N, Prairie Plumbing & Heating building).

My motivation and business were both born out of my own health struggles. As an adolescent, I battled eating disorders, depression and anxiety. At 24, I was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease ulcerative colitis. It’s been my mission to find natural forms of relief - by taking care of my body, mind & soul - and to help other women do the same!

I graduated from the distance program at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in April 2018.
My areas of special interest include: digestive disorders and autoimmune diseases. I have personal experience with candida overgrowth, postpartum anxiety, adrenal dysregulation and chronic hypoglycemia.

I completed my Reiki Level 1 training in January 2019. Reiki has been a wonderful addition to my Holistic Nutrition practice, helping me to go deeper with clients and listen to what their bodies and energies have to say. Learn more about Reiki here!
